Terms of Service

What the app does

The app lets you book appointments with clinics, pay for them, and collect and redeem their rewards. Each clinic runs its own business: it sets its services, prices, opening hours, cancellation policy and rewards, and it provides the services to you directly. We provide the technology, not the services or any medical advice.

Your account

Give accurate details and keep access to your email and sign-in method secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to make bookings where you live (or have a parent or guardian do it).

Bookings, payments and cancellations

A booking is an agreement between you and the clinic. When a clinic takes payment in the app, you pay the clinic through Stripe; the clinic is the seller and handles refunds and disputes under its own policy. Some clinics let you pay at the visit instead.

You can cancel or reschedule in the app until the clinic's cancellation window. After that, contact the clinic directly. Clinics may charge for late cancellations or missed appointments if their policy says so.

Points, rewards and promo codes

Points and rewards are offered by each clinic, can only be used at that clinic, have no cash value and can't be transferred or sold. Clinics may change their rewards, and points may be reversed when a payment is refunded or a reward was obtained by mistake or abuse. Reward codes expire after the period shown in the app. Promo codes follow the conditions shown with them.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no fake bookings, no gaming of points or referrals, no attempts to access other people's accounts or our systems, and no unlawful or abusive content. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

The app and its content

The app, its design and software belong to us and our licensors; clinics own their names, logos and content. You may use the app for your personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate but can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for the services clinics provide, their quality or results.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the greater of the fees you paid through the app in the 12 months before the claim or $100. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time in Account → Delete account. We may end or suspend the service, or your access, with notice where reasonable.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; if a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it applies. Continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you use the app as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
